My topic is wrong, its Starlight Autoline System, it's some kind of advertising token. People are selling them on Ebay for 4 dollars and up. According this site they give it a score of 95 on how rare it is.

Welcome to Numista.
Don't let you mislead by the Numista Rarity Index. It's not a score on how "rare" an item is but "how many Numista members" have this item. An NRI of 95 means two members have it. It doesn't necessarily mean it's "rare". A clear correlation between NRI and "rarity" is very difficult to demonstrate, especially for these kind of tokens. These kind of tokens always have a high NRI, not because they are "rare" but because very little Numista members collect them.
The same for eBay. Don't let you mislead there either. There is a big difference between "People are trying to sell them on eBay for 4 dollars and up" and "People effectively sold them on eBay for 4 dollars and up".
