Peculiar islamic states coin or early Ottoman? or Safavid ? I need your expertise

Hey guys, have you ever seen such a thing ? It reminds me of Safavid or early Ottoman, but I can't be sure, it could be anything. Sorry that I will not provide any dimensions or weight, the coin is not with me yet, it's in my father's hands and he does not have a scale. My plead for help to you is the so called "brand awareness" have you seen such a "brand" before ? :)) and to what state would you connect it ? Many thanks in advance !
