I got the attached in a bulk lot I purchased, and am having trouble figuring out what it is. It is pretty worn, and I know the images are not that great, but maybe someone can help! It is about 17 mm in diameter, and I can barely make out what looks like 1992 to the lower left of the swordlike image in the 2nd photo.
