USA - 'ONE D' (no year) - coin, fake or token? [решено]

Hi,

I would appreciate if anyone can provide some information regarding this small item from the USA.

It has been in my possession for about 50 years and I cannot remember how I got it.
Unfortunately I don't know the weight or material, however it is not magnetic.

Diameter is 13mm and the thickness is approximately half of one mm.

It's a token. It is not meant to deceive collectors since it's extremely inaccurate as a copy of an 1820s or 1830s US coin.

It may be play money or something of the sort.

Thank you Camerinvs for the quick reply, I still have a related doubt.

Regardless of whether it has any actual value, I still plan to keep it in the collection but since there is no date of face value I was not able to search it for addition to 'My coins*.

Is that the case for all tokens even if they have a currency value, for example $1 casino metallic 'coins'? I understand that they are not manufactured by an official mint but at least phisically I have them in the same album as the related country.

Is there a way to manually add tokens or other unlisted items to one's own list in Numista?
